About The Position

This role is for a Dealer Services Specialist II at Manheim, part of the Cox family of businesses. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of experience in a related field (or a degree/certification with 5 years of experience in a related field)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus
  • Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug test (marijuana pre-employment drug test is not administered, but it is a drug-free workplace)
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 to 3 years of auction experience
  • 2 to 4 years of dealership experience
  • Previous experience in a sales support role
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
