Dealer School
About The Position
Dealer School offers a five-week training program to equip individuals with the necessary skills to become a table games dealer. No prior experience or training is required for enrollment. The curriculum covers table game rules, etiquette, dealing techniques, chip handling, and guest engagement. Participants must be 21 years of age or older. Currently, there is no charge for the Dealer School program. Successful completion of the classes may lead to opportunities to apply and audition for available Dealer positions at Ko-Kwel Casino Resort, though employment is not guaranteed. The skills learned are transferable to other roles. Hiring decisions for Dealer positions are based on application information, gaming license eligibility (background check), mathematical aptitude, demonstrated skills, and demeanor.
