About The Position
Dealer School offers a five-week training program to equip individuals with the necessary skills to become a table games dealer. No prior experience or training is required for enrollment. The curriculum covers game rules, etiquette, dealing techniques, chip handling, and guest engagement. Upon successful completion of the course, students may apply and audition for available Dealer positions at Ko-Kwel Casino Resort. While participation does not guarantee employment, the skills learned are transferable. Hiring for Dealer positions is contingent upon factors such as application information, gaming license eligibility (based on background check), mathematical aptitude, demonstrated skills, and a friendly demeanor.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- No prior training or experience necessary to enroll.

- Students who successfully complete dealer classes may choose to apply and audition for any posted and available Dealer positions with Ko-Kwel Casino Resort.
