About The Position
Dealer School offers a five-week training program designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills to become a table games dealer. No prior experience or training is required for enrollment. The curriculum covers table game rules, etiquette, dealing techniques, chip handling, and guest engagement. Participants must be 21 years of age or older. Currently, there is no charge for attending Dealer School. Successful completion of the course may lead to opportunities to apply and audition for Dealer positions at Ko-Kwel Casino Resort, though this is not guaranteed and there is no obligation to apply. The skills learned are transferable to other roles. Hiring for Dealer positions is contingent upon factors such as application information, gaming license eligibility (based on background checks), mathematical aptitude, demonstrated skills, and a friendly demeanor.
