About The Position
Are you looking for an opportunity to grow your career? Are you detail-oriented? Do you love interacting with people? If you answered yes, we want to talk to you! We have a Rental Associate and Customer Representative position available! The available shift is Monday through Friday -7:00am-3:00pm
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills – you must love talking to customers all day
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane
- Schedule service appointments efficiently
- Help write repair orders, with a focus on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
- Manage the loaner fleet –Make sure that loaners are clean, prepped, and generate loaner vehicle agreements for customers
- Handle after sale, due in deal items for customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service all day
