About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dealer Remarketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle auction processes, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. The role involves working closely with dealers, managing vehicle inventory, and coordinating with the auction house to ensure smooth and effective vehicle sales. This role is ideal for someone living in OH.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the automotive sales or auction industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good understanding of vehicle conditions and valuation.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve disputes professionally.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with auction management software.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field, preferred
• One (1) year auto-finance, auto-auction, collections, or remarketing preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with dealers about the number of units they plan to bring to the auction.
• Ensure vehicles are dropped off at the auction venue.
• Oversee the creation of condition reports and photographs for all units.
• Submit floor prices a day before the sale.
• Manage and ensure titles are present on the sale day.
• Coordinate any disclosures provided with floor prices the day prior to the sale.
• Monitor the sales process.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean prior to arriving at the auction (including tire dressing, interior clearing of debris, exterior rinsing, and removing warranty stickers/buyers guide). Coordinate with auction house for wash and vac service if necessary.
