Audi RED is a new organization formed through a partnership between BIMM Management Group and Audi. It aims to be a technology center for Audi's digital experience ecosystem, focusing on excellence, innovation, design, and delivery. Audi RED will act as a bridge between agency and product, using technology-driven solutions to enhance customer experience and service design. This role involves working with a group of OEM Auto Dealerships in North America, serving as a liaison between the Field Team, Audi Dealership Managers, Internal Stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. The primary focus is on program enrollments, support, training, issue resolution, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize conversion. There are two openings for Performance Managers, one supporting Western Canada (MST hours) and one supporting Eastern Canada (EST hours). This is an existing vacancy with a desk waiting.
