About The Position

The Dealer Fleet Sales Manager drives sell-out performance across assigned dealer locations, ensuring growth of Goodyear brands within a defined territory. The role focuses on building strong relationships with fleet customers, securing new accounts, and increasing share of account within the dealer network. It also supports operational execution by implementing mobility solutions, retread strategies, and coordinating closely with dealers and internal teams. Acts as a key connector between dealers, fleets, and internal teams to ensure effective execution, inventory alignment, and long-term customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience, or 10+ years of sales experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships and driving growth through innovative sales strategies.
  • Business-to-business (B2B) sales background preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage customers and convey product value.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, set goals, and deliver results.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills, combined with adaptability in fast-paced environments and working knowledge of CRM tools and sales technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sell-out performance in the assigned territory by building and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Grow share of accounts with local book fleets, including government accounts.
  • Partner with servicing dealers to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
  • Develop strategies and supporting tactics aligned with Goodyear’s Commercial PBU to expand business with existing accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing and programs to close profitable sales and deliver strong return on investment for both parties.
