About The Position

This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working across Finance, Business Management, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, and accounting organizations. The candidate will play an important role in helping drive data accuracy, forecast discipline, and business insights that support profitable growth. The analyst will support gross margin management, standard margin forecasting, profitability analysis, pricing activities, and financial reporting for the business unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, pricing, profitability analysis, or related finance functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
  • Experience working with large datasets and business reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
  • Experience with SAP, BPC, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, or similar reporting and planning tools.
  • Understanding of product costing, pricing, revenue forecasting, and gross margin analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support standard margin reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Support the Pricing Lead on analyzing customer deals and large-order opportunities to evaluate margin impact and financial returns.
  • Assist with pricing waterfall analysis and tracking of pricing performance.
  • Partner with ACE, Operations, Business Management, and Pricing teams to ensure revenue and cost assumptions are accurately reflected in forecasts.
  • Develop revenue and margin bridges and performance commentary for management reporting.
  • Support gross margin improvement initiatives by identifying profitability risks and opportunities.
  • Support commercial decision-making through scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
  • Support forecasting, quarter close, and annual planning activities.
  • Perform financial modeling and ad hoc business analysis to support decision-making.
  • Develop insights and recommendations based on revenue, cost, and profitability trends.
  • Drive data quality and consistency across financial systems and reporting processes.
  • Investigate revenue, cost, and margin data anomalies and coordinate corrective actions with business partners.
  • Support implementation of new profitability measurements, reporting tools, and dashboard automation.
