About The Position

Manages all operations related to the distribution of Unit Fulfillment merchandise into the Distribution Center. Manages a diverse workforce of 160+ associates, including training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating. Analyzes operations, and develops and implements processes and procedures to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness. Helps to increase and maintain accuracy of selected merchandise. Responsible for all distribution of Unit Fulfillment merchandise to more than 100 stores, with units in excess of 2,000,000 weekly. Prepares and maintains necessary records and reports. Required to learn company policies and procedures. Required to learn company safety rules. Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years related work experience required, including at least 5 years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of AS/400, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of general warehousing practices and procedures.
• Interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures required.
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Regular attendance required.
