About The Position

The Distribution Center Supervisor partners closely with the DC Manager to achieve operational goals and cultivate a workplace culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and warehouse excellence. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, coaching team members, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining inventory integrity, and promoting compliance with all safety standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Lift truck safety certification
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Ability to train and develop employees in designated operational functions
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes
Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving operational processes
Familiarity with warehouse management systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP is a plus

Responsibilities

Support the Distribution Center Manager and provide leadership coverage as needed
Partner with leadership to foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence
Oversee and ensure process integrity across: Picking, Packing, Shipping, Replenishment, Returns, Assortment operations
Ensure shipping accuracy across all outbound orders
Maintain quality control accuracy at or above 99.90%
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen performance and skill development
Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety procedures
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness to ensure the facility is “show ready” daily
Assist with review and submission of employee timecards
Monitor inventory, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory adjustments
Lead receiving and pre-pack operations, including daily postings and reporting
