About The Position

This position will be the Supervisor of the Auto Store / Receiving Dept. The shift is 3rd Shift, 8:30 PM - 5:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday. The role coordinates day-to-day general receipt, preparation, and shipping tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency of work. It also coordinates and checks the fulfillment documentation processes, ensuring correct documentation. The Supervisor provides subject matter guidance and training to team members on new or updated fulfillment processes and standards. They liaise with all departments to ensure smooth shipping and delivery of goods, acting as a key point of contact for the team. The role involves analyzing information to identify areas of improvement within their own area of fulfillment responsibility and implementing measures to improve the team's efficiency. Adherence to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements is essential, as is regular and reliable attendance. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in Auto Store / Receiving Department.
  • Must be able to work 3rd Shift, 8:30 PM - 5:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday.
  • Must adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Must have regular and reliable attendance.
