About The Position

This position is responsible for the IT operational support for the distribution centers in Moreno Valley, CA. The role requires a self-starter, goal-oriented individual who can work independently. The position requires on-call support to respond to operational needs for the DC, with timely responses due to the nature of 24x7 operations and shipping. This role will coordinate helpdesk requests for the DC, including account management, hardware support (networking, servers, printers, mobile devices), and troubleshooting. Additionally, the position involves system documentation, hardware inventory, and upholding IT policies and procedures within the DCs. Understanding and adhering to safety guidelines is crucial. The role requires taking daily direction from the leadership team, understanding how the role impacts other departments within the warehouse, and learning to achieve daily goals and objectives to facilitate internal advancement.
