REI Co-op is seeking a Distribution Center Staffing Coordinator to recruit, manage onboarding, and engage with external talent for the Distribution Center. This role will focus on recruiting and onboarding non-exempt staff to support the operational duties of the Distribution Center. The position partners with Talent Acquisition and DC Management to identify effective sourcing strategies, manage the recruiting system, coordinate hiring events, review applicants, schedule interviews, and extend offers. The role also involves administrative tasks such as scheduling, onboarding coordination, and maintaining office supplies.
