About The Position

As a full-time, permanent Distribution Clerk in our Distribution Center, for our Montreal Corporate Office, you will get to embody our belief in the promise of a brighter tomorrow through each interaction. Reporting to the Director of the Distribution Center, the DC Clerk, processes E-Commerce orders and processes merchandise for E-Commerce through other departments.

Requirements

A minimum of a College diploma
A minimum of three (3) years of retail distribution experience
Strong team values
Is proactive
Great interpersonal and communications skills
Good organization and learning skills
Excellent communication/written skills in both English and French
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Capable of working in stressful situations such as during high season
Proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

Process the orders
Maintain timely and accurate data entry
Provide timely communication to supervisor of discrepancies between merchandise documentation and actual merchandise
Correct tagging of merchandise
Completion of assigned tasks within specified deadlines
Customization of the merchandise and orders to meet clients requests
