Michael Timothy's Dining Group is actively seeking motivated, dependable, and hardworking individuals for a full-time Daytime Dishwasher & Prep Cook position at our new restaurant in Portsmouth, NH. We are looking for team members who are reliable, organized, and eager to help keep our kitchen running smoothly while supporting food preparation for daily service.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Weekend availability is a plus
Responsibilities
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- Assisting with food prep including cutting, portioning, and preparing ingredients
- Following all health and safety standards
- Supporting cooks and kitchen staff during service
- Keeping prep stations stocked and organized
