We are hiring for a Full-Time/Part-Time Daytime Cashier position with a wage range of $15.00 - $18.00 at our location in High Prairie, AB.
Requirements
- Warm and welcoming personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working during peak grocery store hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a cashier or working in the service industry is an asset
Responsibilities
- Scanning goods, ensuring price accuracy
- Process payments and handle customer transactions (credit, debit, cash, and gift card)
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
- Greeting customers in a warm and welcoming manner
- Providing an exceptional customer experience
