About The Position

This position involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers. Key responsibilities include placing customer purchases into bags, placing filled bags in a cart, and carrying purchases to cars. The role also requires retrieving carts from the parking lot, maintaining store cleanliness by picking up debris, stocking bags, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors, and returning abandoned merchandise to shelves. Additionally, the position involves reading and understanding shelf tags and verifying merchandise prices. Other duties may be assigned by store management.

Requirements

18 years or older to apply
Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
Must be able to push 3 to 5 carts at a time
Able to work outside in seasonal weather
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Working on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)
Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates
Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates
Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
