About The Position
Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced and high caliber restaurant shift manager to be responsible for opening and leading our restaurant Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. This is a critical role as it will involve handling all our scratch-made menu items and ensuring we serve our guests at an exceptionally high level.
Requirements
- Experienced restaurant leader
- Current or very recent experience with drive-thru
- High standards of operational execution
- Guest advocate mentality
- Hands-on style of leadership
- Upbeat personality
- Solid communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Standard-driven
- Must be able to taste and handle all menu items
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 Lbs. from ground up
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a GM or AGM looking to move away from nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Opening and leading the restaurant Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm
