About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced and high caliber restaurant shift manager to be responsible for opening and leading our restaurant Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. This is a critical role as it will involve handling all our scratch-made menu items and ensuring we serve our guests at an exceptionally high level.

Requirements

• Experienced restaurant leader
• Current or very recent experience with drive-thru
• High standards of operational execution
• Guest advocate mentality
• Hands-on style of leadership
• Upbeat personality
• Solid communication skills

• Standard-driven
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift 50 Lbs. from ground up

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a GM or AGM looking to move away from nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Opening and leading the restaurant Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm
