Dayforce / ADP Workforce Now SME
About The Position
This is a contract role for a Dayforce/ADP Workforce Now Subject Matter Expert (SME) that is 100% remote. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now, including plan configuration, plan build, and the configuration and maintenance of file feeds and data integrations. A solid understanding of HR, Benefits, Payroll, and/or HRIS processes is essential, along with experience troubleshooting configuration, data, and integration issues. The candidate must also be knowledgeable in data mapping, validation, and file transmission processes, and possess strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience as a Dayforce Platform SME or ADP Workforce Now SME.
- Demonstrated experience with plan configuration and plan build within Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now.
- Experience configuring and maintaining file feeds and data integrations.
- Knowledge of file formats including 834 EDI, CSV, and other structured data files.
- Strong understanding of HR, Benefits, Payroll, and/or HRIS processes.
- Experience troubleshooting configuration, data, and integration issues.
- Knowledge of data mapping, validation, and file transmission processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
