About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now SME with strong hands-on experience in plan configuration, plan build, and file feed integrations.
Requirements
- Strong Dayforce OR ADP Workforce Now experience.
- Hands-on plan configuration and plan build experience.
- HRIS/Benefits/Payroll experience.
- File feed and integration experience.
- Knowledge of 834 EDI and CSV files.
- Experience with data mapping, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now.
- Configure and maintain HR, Benefits, and Payroll plans.
- Build and manage inbound/outbound file feeds.
- Work with 834 EDI, CSV, and other HR data files.
- Perform data mapping, validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Work with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and external vendors.
- Support system enhancements and configuration changes.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, mappings, and integrations.
