About The Position

Magic Memories is hiring Lead Toddler Teachers in Chester Springs, PA for immediate openings. Whether you’re an experienced Lead Teacher or an Assistant Teacher ready to grow, we offer a supportive environment where you can build your career. As a Lead Teacher, you will play an important role in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children. You will help guide children's growth while building strong relationships with families and colleagues. Our teachers help create a positive classroom culture while supporting children's emotional, social, and developmental needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education (infant, toddler, or preschool age).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Candidates with a High School Diploma are also considered; pay will vary based on experience.
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexibility in challenging situations
• A desire to grow in the field of early childhood education
• A commitment to creating a positive learning environment

Nice To Haves

• Higher rates available for candidates with ECE degrees or related education
• CDA Pathway: $0.50/hour increase upon CDA enrollment, with an additional $0.50/hour after completion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of children at all times
• Maintain classroom ratios and supervision standards
• Support a positive and nurturing classroom environment
• Assist with planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities
• Lead activities such as storytime, centers, music, and play-based learning
• Encourage children to follow classroom rules and routines
• Monitor children's development and progress
• Communicate professionally with parents and leadership
• Uphold Magic Memories policies, procedures, and core values
