About The Position

The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is seeking a caring and energetic Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Working with children who are preparing for preschool, you'll help foster independence, communication, and confidence through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys guiding young learners as they transition from toddlerhood into a structured classroom environment while making learning fun every day.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Passion for helping young children learn and grow
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in a childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood setting preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for Prepper-aged children
• Lead age-appropriate activities that encourage language, early literacy, creativity, and problem-solving
• Help children develop self-help skills, confidence, and independence
• Support daily routines, transitions, meals, and outdoor play
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets all licensing and safety standards
• Collaborate with center leadership and teaching teams to provide exceptional care and education
