Childcare Janitor / Housekeeper (Part-Time)
About The Position
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a part-time Daycare Janitor / Housekeeper for our NC 4-Star school in Mint Hill. Hours are 3PM-6PM, Mon.-Fri. We are hiring immediately and would love to meet you. Bright futures start here! The Sunshine House is much more than childcare for children 6 weeks to 12-years-old. We help children build a solid educational and social foundation -- with all the fun of childhood mixed in! We are one of the largest early education and childcare companies in the United States, operating more than 100 schools in 8 states.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Able to bend, stoop, lift and work while standing.
- Comfortable working around children.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Clean classrooms from 3:00pm-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.
- Work with state-approved disinfectants.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize and shine classroom and bathrooms.
- Collect and dispose of classroom trash.
