Requirements
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service.
- Must possess willingness to learn and perform new food & beverage programs and services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation.
- Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests upon arrival and escorts them to their table.
- Manages special seating request of guests according to table availability.
- Relays messages to servers and other staff as appropriate.
- Restocks front of house area.
- Interacts with guests; provides outstanding guest service.
- Recognizes and resolves guest complaints and concern.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas and facility.
- Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations.
- Performs special projects delegated by management.
- Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.
