About The Position

Seasons Supermarkets is one of the largest kosher supermarket chains in the nation. At present, there are eight Seasons locations across the Tri-State area with plans to expand. Seasons offers its customers a full-service kosher shopping experience where everyone, including its highly dedicated associates, is treated like family. We are in search of a friendly and experienced part-time Cashier who has experience handling and processing all forms of payment. Their main responsibilities include the ability to run a cash register quickly and efficiently, to ensure great customer service, as well as the ability to multitask.

Requirements

Ability to calculate sales and change quickly.
Strong attention to detail.
Be able to maintain professionalism when dealing with customers who may be stressed or upset.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Professional appearance
Great customer service skills.
Being able to perform activities such as lifting, climbing, and standing for a long period of time.

Responsibilities

Fulfills all orders accurately and efficiently while using a handheld device.
Ensuring the best products are picked and packed for our customers.
Handling and processing payments.
Running the cash register quickly and efficiently.
Ensuring that our customers are having a wonderful experience while shopping with us.
