About The Position

This is a full-time position with weekday hours. The primary responsibility is to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, while promoting meaningful lifestyle choices through community activities and events. This includes personal care. The Lead DSP will also be responsible for the operations of the horticulture specialty area, including inventory management, program development, and maintenance/cleanliness of the area.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • At least 5 years of good driving experience with your license.
  • Must meet our driver eligibility criteria.
  • Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the health, welfare, and safety of individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
  • Promote meaningful lifestyle choices through community activities and events.
  • Provide personal care.
  • Oversee operations of the horticulture specialty area.
  • Manage inventory for the horticulture area.
  • Develop programs for the horticulture area.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the horticulture area.
