About The Position

Work Unlimited is hiring a Day Support Activities (DSA) Specialist in Corvallis, Oregon. This role focuses on helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build skills, confidence, and meaningful daily routines. The DSA Program aims to create meaningful community-based experiences, support independence and personal growth, and encourage choice, routine, and engagement. Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
• Background in caregiving, education, behavioral support, or similar fields is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in developing daily living, social, and community engagement skills
• Facilitate structured activities both in the community and at program sites
• Encourage independence while providing appropriate levels of support
• Model positive behavior, communication, and problem-solving
• Assist with personal care and maintain a safe, supportive environment
• Collaborate with team members to implement individualized support plans
