Requirements
- A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
- CNA or HCA certification required
- One year or more of experience supporting older adults
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
- Clear background check and drug test
- Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

Responsibilities
- Build trusting relationships by providing warm companionship and consistent emotional support that helps clients feel valued and understood
- Assist with personal care, meals, and daily routines while encouraging independence, dignity, and a sense of comfort
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment to support overall well-being and peace of mind
- Provide transportation support to appointments, errands, and community activities, helping clients stay connected and engaged
- Deliver dependable, personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs, improving their comfort, safety, and quality of life
- Build authentic connections through friendly, attentive support that helps older adults feel respected, heard, and involved in their daily activities.
- Offer reliable help, emotional reassurance, and a steady presence that promotes comfort, confidence, and improved quality of life each day.
