About The Position
Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for daytime shifts. The role focuses on helping seniors live independently in their own homes. The company emphasizes supporting its caregivers and fostering a mission-driven team environment.
Requirements
- A heart for caregiving and compassion for others
- 6+ months of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license + current auto insurance -or- Reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass background checks
- 2 professional references

- High school diploma or GED preferred
Responsibilities
- Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Companionship and conversation
- Meal Preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication Reminders
- Transportation Assistance (appointments, errands)
- Accurate Documentation of care activities
