About The Position
Saratoga Bridges is seeking a Day Service DSP with experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and possess a calm, level-headed, and consistent demeanor, especially when maintaining routines. Experience working with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors is preferred. This role is based at our Ballston Spa Day Service and offers a supportive team environment.
Requirements

- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Run & document daily goals for the people you are working with
- Provide hands on support to the people in your classroom
- Help individuals prepare for opportunities in their community
- Provide experiences in the community such as volunteering or visiting sites
- Participate in art projects and classroom activities
