About The Position

As a server in our Memory Care Assisted Living facility, you will be responsible for providing a one-of-a-kind dining experience to our residents each day. We pride ourselves on creating dining options from scratch using the freshest ingredients to ensure our residents are happy and healthy. This role is part of our Dining Services team and requires a passion for delivering high-quality service in a fun environment.

Requirements

• Organizational skills and ability to accomplish job tasks independently.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including scheduled weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents during dining hours in our five-star dining rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining rooms and serving areas for resident safety.
• Perform kitchen duties to support meal service.
• Assemble and deliver room trays to residents unable to visit the dining room with compassion and a smile.
