Assisted Living Nurse Manager - Memory Care

We are seeking a dedicated Assisted Living Nurse Manager to join our team! This position will be responsible for the overall personal care services provided by the assisted living staff to the residents of the community.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Have at least one year of supervisory experience and be currently licensed without encumbrance.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience working in an Assisted Living Memory Care setting, including experience in a Home Plus environment.
- Will be responsible for maintaining professional licensure and CEUs.
Responsibilities
- Ability to perform pre-admission assessment of the resident’s functional, cognitive, and health status prior to signing an occupancy agreement.
- Develop and maintain a service plan for each resident.
- Ability to observe and recommend assessment if a resident demonstrates a significant change in health or functional status.
- Keep all assessments current according to the state guidelines.
- Oversee all aspects of clinical care and procedures for residents, such as inputting orders, communications with residents’ physicians, auditing, etc.
- Participate in hiring, training, supervising, and retaining staff.
- Participate in on-call rotation with other nurse leadership team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
