The pathways day program provides adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) a supportive, engaging environment to build skills, pursue meaningful activities, and grow independence through structured, person-centered programming. The Pathways Day Program Instructor will design, lead, and manage a dedicated learning area within the program, offering activities that enhance participants' skills as groups rotate through the space throughout the day. This role blends instructional expertise with hands-on activity facilitation, requiring the ability to adapt materials, methods, and pacing to meet the diverse needs and ability levels of adults with I/DD.
