About The Position

Help Adults with Disabilities Live Bigger, More Independent Lives. At Magnify, we believe every person deserves opportunities to learn, grow, connect, and experience a meaningful life. We're looking for caring, energetic, and dependable people to join our team as Life Enrichment Coaches. In this role, you'll spend your days helping adults with developmental disabilities participate in community activities, learn new skills, build friendships, and gain greater independence. No two days are exactly alike. One day you may be helping someone learn to prepare lunch, the next you may be leading a game, visiting a local park, supporting a community outing, or helping participants work toward personal goals. This is an active, hands-on position.
