Responsibilities

• Monitor building and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment.
• Perform various cleaning activities to include sweeping and mopping tile surfaces, floor space, and vacuum carpeted areas.
• Follow all written and verbal instructions.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored in appropriate areas. Maintain lobby entrances, clean glass, vacuum, sweep floors.
• Clean rest rooms to include disinfecting toilets, sinks and floors, and restocking rest room supplies as needed.
• Remove trash and dispose of in designated areas.
• Monitor condition of equipment and report deficiencies: vacuum cleaners, trash cans, mop buckets, cleaning supplies.
• Ensure security of building during and after completed jobs and report any security violations to management.
• Report the need for any major repairs to management.
• Report emergency maintenance problems and/or environmental hazards immediately.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Dusting outside of building around doors and corners (ex. spider webs).
• Clean around outside dumpster area.
