About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our facility on weekends. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking for steady, part-time weekend income in a convenient Nashville location. As a Day Porter, you will be the face of our cleaning operations during operational hours, ensuring that common areas, restrooms, and workspaces remain spotless, stocked, and welcoming.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic with a track record of excellent attendance, especially for weekend shifts.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor when interacting with building occupants.
• Successfully pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock soap, paper products, and other essential supplies in restrooms.
• Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, sweep/mop floors, and wipe down high-touch areas.
• Collect and pull trash/recycling from designated areas and replace liners.
• Safely receive, organize, and put away incoming cleaning supplies.
• Respond to spill cleanups or specific cleaning requests as assigned by the supervisor.
