About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with a commitment to safety protocols.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or porter services.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Basic maintenance skills such as minor repairs or equipment troubleshooting.

- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers or buffers.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of floors, restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas during daytime hours.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and other restroom necessities to ensure availability at all times.
- Report any facility maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings or special events within the manufacturing facility as needed.
