Consolidated Cleaning Solutions is a top commercial cleaning company looking to make a difference for others. We are seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and presentability of a medical office building. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentability of the building
- Common Area Maintenance (lobbies, hallways, waiting rooms, and break rooms)
- Restroom Upkeep (periodically checking restrooms throughout day to clean, restock, and remove trash)
- Clinical Suite (trash removal, restroom cleaning, restocking supplies, removing and transporting biological waste)
- Rapid Response (handling spills, overflowing trash, or other cleanings to ensure a safe, hazard-free environment)
- Sanitization (wiping down frequently touched objects like chairs, doorknobs, elevator buttons, etc to promote hygiene)
- Exterior Building Maintenance (maintaining cleanliness of parking lot areas and at entrances/exits)
