Peninsula Cleaning Service, Inc. of Newport News, VA is looking to hire a Full-Time/Part-Time Day Porter/Janitor to clean Emergency Rooms/Medical buildings in Newport News, VA. This role is for an energetic, get-it-done person who takes pride in their work and is looking for a way to earn additional money. As a Day Porter/Janitor, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing, sweeping, dusting, mopping, wiping, and emptying trash, with a focus on quality work.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of janitorial experience in commercial or medical facilities
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Self-motivated and eager to do a good job
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Prefers to be on their feet moving around
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize medical buildings, specifically Emergency Rooms.
- Sweep, dust, mop, wipe surfaces, and empty trash.
- Physically see the accomplishment of tasks.
- Maintain a reputation for quality work.
