About The Position
This is a part-time custodian/janitor/cleaner position with hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of various areas within the facility.
Requirements
- Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Attention to detail for deep cleaning and dusting.
- Reliability for scheduled shifts.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the patio area, including sweeping, picking up trash, and wiping down tables.
- Dust various areas such as the front lobby, bathrooms, conference room, and breakroom.
- Perform deep cleaning of the breakroom, including trash removal, cleaning and maintaining drawers and cabinets, stocking items, cleaning dishes, appliances, walls, and floors. This also includes cleaning after catering events.
- Conduct weekly cleanouts and washing of refrigerators and freezers.
- Clean the conference room, including the floor, table, chairs, appliances, and TV.
- Wipe down the exterior of lockers, both on the floor and in the breakroom.
- Wipe all handles and doors.
- Clean windows as needed.
- Clean the handwashing station by the bathrooms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
