About The Position

Renaissance Imaging Medical Associates, Inc. (RIMA), a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a motivated neuroradiologist to join its expanding practice and help grow its service lines. This is an onsite, Monday–Friday day-shift position with an equitable contribution to weekend coverage, working with a progressive group of radiologists. The role is on a partnership track and offers the opportunity for partnership. The practice is centered in Los Angeles and covers much of Southern California and Maui, Hawaii. RIMA is highly subspecialized, and the candidate can expect to practice within their specialty about 80% of the time, typically focused on neuro, though the proportion may be higher. Studies from all RIMA locations are integrated into a common worklist with advanced workflow orchestration. RIMA also operates a 3D advanced imaging laboratory to support image data modeling and analysis. The compensation range is $450,000–$500,000, with an annual discretionary bonus opportunity. Final compensation may vary based on factors including education, experience, certifications, and geographic location.

Requirements

Board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology; the posting also accepts American Board of Radiology board-eligible candidates who are recent graduates falling under new ABR guidelines.
Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology.
Fellowship training in neuroradiology.
California licensure is preferred and ultimately required for the position.
Share a vision for an integrative and collaborative care model with a multidisciplinary team.
Comfort with most aspects of diagnostic radiology, all modalities, and minor procedures.
