The Senior Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring seamless office operations, supporting leadership, and driving effieciency across administrative functions. This position requires a high level of organization, problem solving, and initiative to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain meeting coordination to optimize leadership time and efficiency.
  • Manage issues as they arise in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Oversee administrative processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and improving workflow efficiency.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
  • Based on program needs and as needed, prepare reports, presentations and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism in as per established deadlines.
  • Upload check requests and petty cash in ReQlogic for processing, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions per process guidelines.
  • Maintain custodian responsibilities for metrocards and petty cash, ensuring proper tracking, distribution, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain organized records, confidential files, and documentation to support business operation.
  • Close case records in accordance with organizational policies, maintaing proper documentation and compliance
  • Prepare records for auditing, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible for review.
  • Supervise receptionist staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
