About The Position

Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work at Pathways Southwest Iowa. This role involves providing and assisting participants of the Immanuel Pathways program with personal cares, activities of daily living, restorative, recreational programming, and supportive care both in the center and in participants' homes. The CNA will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting participants' health status and ensuring a safe environment for them. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required in the respective state in which he/she is employed.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have your own reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Assists in monitoring and reporting participant’s health status and providing a safe environment for the participants of Immanuel Pathways.
