Requirements

Must be 18 years old or older
Passion for working with elementary and middle school children in a recreational enrichment setting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to create a safe and welcoming environment for all
Eagerness to contribute to a diverse and inclusive community
Ability to attend all pre-camp trainings and development sessions
Current YMCA approved CPR/First Aid/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
