The Day Behavior Services Coordinator will coordinate and oversee the delivery of behavior support services. This role involves training Behavior Support Staff, ensuring person-centered and least restrictive behavior supports aligned with Individualized Service Plans (ISPs). The coordinator will attend Behavior Team Meetings, review incident reports daily to identify trends and recommend improvements, and maintain accurate, timely, and audit-ready documentation. Collaboration with program leadership, nursing staff, support coordinators, families, and guardians is essential, as is serving as a clinical resource to families and external stakeholders.
