Requirements

• Strong understanding of computer hardware and networking principles.
• Experience with server management and maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in IT and datacenter environments.
• Must be knowledgeable with Juniper routing/switching devices.
• Applicants must be located a maximum of 20 miles from Kansas City, MO to ensure timely on-site availability for operational needs.

• Experience in a datacenter/server environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the physical infrastructure of the datacenter, including servers, networking devices, and storage systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and company policies.
• Document technical problems, resolutions, and processes for maintenance and support.
