About The Position

This role provides technical expertise for IT related projects, leading the completion of a wide range of technical assignments. This includes analysis of technical issues, review of technical documents, development and analysis of requirements, development of technical papers, and the development of technical recommendations. The position involves creating and maintaining new technical solutions, enhancing existing applications by integrating new technology components and capabilities, and assisting the customer in understanding and evaluating new technologies with respect to their current and future needs. This is a unique opportunity to exercise a great degree of freedom and creativity in providing new capabilities and solutions to a customer that is transitioning to the next phase of their technical roadmap.

Requirements

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Five (5) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
5+ years of experience as a DBA/DBE performing database administration, engineering, or design in support of system engineering, software development, or related activities
Experience with Oracle DB
Experience with MS SQL Server
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience with MySQL
Experience with AWS Aurora, RDS
Experience with ArcGIS
Experience with RESTful web services
Ability to work in both Windows and Linux environments

Responsibilities
