The Database Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a healthy and effective Development database and managing weekly gift processing. This role involves handling gift processing, donor acknowledgments, and accurate tracking of contributions, as well as preparing timely and accurate reports. The coordinator will also manage data cleanup projects, pull lists for mailings, and ensure strong systems for data management and reporting. Additionally, the role provides assistance for annual events by supporting the QGiv event site for online giving and night of giving, assisting with guest communications, and helping with database-related event preparations and other needs during events.
